THE BOSS'S SAUCE

WHO IS THE BOSS?

This one comes straight from the real boss of the house — my partner! Nothing beats a good homemade pizza sauce, especially when it's this easy to make. It's packed with flavour, takes hardly any effort, and is usually cheaper than buying a jar of pre-made pizza sauce. Once you've made your own, you'll never look back!

INGREDIENTS

    •     1 can of quality 100% crushed tomatoes
    •    1 tsp salt
    •    1 tbsp Italian mixed herbs

METHOD

    •    Add the crushed tomatoes to a bowl.
    •     Stir through the salt and Italian mixed herbs until well combined.
    •     Spread a thin, even layer over your pizza base before adding your favourite toppings. YEP IT'S THAT EASY!

STONE STACKER MARGHERITA

WHY SO SIMPLE?

Sometimes, simple is best. A classic combination of rich tomato sauce, melted mozzarella, juicy cherry tomatoes and Italian herbs, finished with a delicate drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. A fresh, timeless favourite made for the perfect stack.

INGREDIENTS

   •     1 pizza base (lebanese bread)
   •     "The Boss's Sauce" tomato pizza sauce
   •     Shredded mozzarella cheese (Fresh mozzarella, torn into chunks)
   •    Fresh cherry tomatoes, halved
   •     A pinch of Italian mixed herbs
   •     Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), for drizzling

METHOD

Prepare your stone: Preheat your Stone Stacker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Add the sauce: Spread an even layer of tomato pizza sauce over your pizza base.

Layer the cheese: Sprinkle over the shredded mozzarella, then distribute the fresh mozzarella chunks evenly across the base.

Add the toppings: Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes over the cheese and finish with a pinch of Italian mixed herbs.

Drizzle and cook: Lightly drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Cook in your Stone Stacker until the crust is golden and crisp, the cheese is melted and bubbling, and the tomatoes have softened.

Slice and serve: Remove from the heat, allow to rest briefly, then slice and enjoy!

THE STACKED ITALIAN

STACKED WITH FLAVOUR!

A little bit of everything, all stacked into one delicious pizza! This one's all about bringing together a mix of classic Italian flavours, with plenty of variety but just the right balance. It's tempting to throw everything on, but trust us, less is more!

Our tip: Keep your toppings light and resist the urge to go crazy. A little of everything goes a long way, and you'll get a much better cook with every flavour shining through!

    •    Danish salami
    •    Sliced mushrooms
    •    Fresh cherry tomatoes, halved
    •    Cashew nuts
    •    A pinch of Italian mixed herbs
    •    Feta cheese, crumbled, to finish

METHOD

Prepare your stone: Preheat your Stone Stacker according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Add the sauce: Spread an even layer of tomato pizza sauce over your pizza base.

Layer the cheese: Sprinkle over the shredded mozzarella, followed by evenly spaced chunks of fresh mozzarella.

Our tip: Resist the urge to overload your pizza! Keeping the toppings light helps everything cook evenly, prevents a soggy base and lets all those delicious flavours shine through.

TRUFFLE TROUBLE DELIGHT

TRUFFLE IS JUST A GIMMICK! OR IS IT?

Yes, we know, truffle seems to be a bit of a gimmick these days, but trust us, when it's done right, it can change your world! It certainly changed ours. This pizza has become an absolute staple in our household and is always our go-to when we want to impress guests. Rich, creamy and packed with flavour, it's one of those pizzas that sounds fancy but is surprisingly easy to make. Give it a go, and you'll see what all the fuss is about!

INGREDIENTS

    •    1 pizza base
    •    Shredded mozzarella cheese
    •    Fresh mozzarella, torn into chunks
    •    Sliced mushrooms
    •    A pinch of Italian mixed herbs
    •    Olio truffle oil, to taste
    •    Feta cheese, crumbled, to finish
    •    Extra truffle oil, to drizzle

METHOD

Prepare your stone: Preheat your Stone Stacker according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Prepare your base: Place your pizza base on your preparation surface. No tomato sauce needed for this one! We're letting the truffle and cheese do the talking.

Layer the cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly across the base, followed by chunks of fresh mozzarella.

Add the toppings: Arrange the sliced mushrooms evenly over the cheese and finish with a pinch of Italian mixed herbs.

Bring on the truffle: Lightly drizzle with truffle oil before cooking. Remember, a little goes a long way!

Cook to perfection: Cook in your Stone Stacker until the crust is golden and crisp, the mushrooms are tender, and the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Final touch: Remove from the heat, crumble fresh feta over the top and finish with another light drizzle of truffle oil before slicing and serving.

Our tip: Don't go overboard with the truffle oil! It's incredibly rich and aromatic, so start with a little and add more to taste. The secret is finding that perfect balance without overpowering the other flavours.
