Shipping Policy

We aim to get your Stone Stacker packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During product launches, pre-orders, sales or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size and weight of your order.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping provider. Any delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Pre-Orders

Products marked as Pre-Order will include an estimated dispatch timeframe on the product page. These dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, freight or other unforeseen delays.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where applicable, photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll work with you and the shipping provider to assess the issue.

Each case will be reviewed individually based on the circumstances. While we cannot accept responsibility for delays, loss or damage caused by third-party shipping providers, we will assist with resolving the matter wherever possible.

Unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be at the customer’s expense.
